FK-1000-V3
For utility-scale PV plants. 1000 mm brush span, semi-automatic mode, edge-detection sensors and 1800 m²/h cleaning rate.
The Doka FK series — designed and manufactured in Turkey — helps reduce soiling-related output losses in PV plants when used as part of a regular cleaning program. FK-1000-V3 is built for utility scale; FK-600-V2 is optimized for rooftop PV and mid-scale sites.
Two chassis, one engineering philosophy: lightweight body, silent operation, imported Nylon 6.6 soft brushes that don't damage panels. Both run in dry, wet and hybrid modes; controlled by a single operator via a 100-meter, 2.4 GHz remote.
For utility-scale PV plants. 1000 mm brush span, semi-automatic mode, edge-detection sensors and 1800 m²/h cleaning rate.
For rooftop PV, mid-scale plants and narrow-aperture sites. Single-person handling, fast setup, 1080 m²/h cleaning rate.
All technical parameters of FK-1000-V3 and FK-600-V2 side by side. Our field engineer will recommend the right model based on your panel count and geography.

In the global PV cleaning robot market, the FK series stands out for speed, lightness and operating temperature range. The benchmark below shows what FK-1000-V3 delivers against industry averages.
FK-1000-V3's cleaning rate is roughly 1.5× the industry average. The same site completes in less than half the time.
Industry typically runs 30-76 kg. The FK series can be placed by a single person — no crane required.
From Turkey's eastern winter to its Mediterranean summer — one robot, every climate.
FK-1000-V3 features edge-detection optical sensors and semi-automatic cleaning mode — unattended operation possible.
Designed and built at our Eskişehir facility; spare parts and service within 48 hours at your site.
2-year warranty, free operator training and 24/7 technical support hotline.
Unlike manual cleaning, robotic cleaning applies uniform pressure on the panel surface, prevents scratching and delivers a standardized result. Labor cost drops by up to 60%; cleaning time per panel falls from 5 minutes to 30 seconds.
Dust, pollen and bird droppings can cut output up to 18% in 30 days. Regular robotic cleaning keeps that loss near zero.
Imported Nylon 6.6 soft brushes do not scratch the surface. Prevents permanent damage from acidic residues.
A 100-meter remote lets one operator clean safely and quickly. Working-at-height risk drops to zero.
Wet mode where water is available; dry brushing for desert or remote sites. 6—30 L/min adjustable flow.
A working temperature range that fits every climate zone — from Eastern Turkey to the Mediterranean coast.
Optical sensors detect panel edges and prevent the robot from falling. Enables unattended operation in semi-auto mode.
Hardware details that set the FK series apart in the field — small touches that matter at scale:
Counter-rotating dual roller brushes front and rear, plus side strip brushes. Two-directional cleaning in a single pass; no residue.
Track battery capacity, charge status and runtime live from a mobile app. Field planning becomes simple.
Emergency stop buttons on both the remote control and the robot itself. Two points to halt immediately when needed.
On megawatt-scale PV sites, regular cleaning shortens payback time. FK-1000-V3 covers a 5 MW site in 2-3 days at 1800 m²/h. We prepare a turnkey maintenance plan.
Roof-mounted PV systems on factories, logistics facilities and shopping malls pose safety risks during cleaning. The compact FK-600-V2 is brought to the rooftop by a single person and cleans without friction.
Agri-PV sites face heavy dust, pollen and organic residue. Harvest-season soiling can reduce output by up to 30%. We design seasonal cleaning programs.

Monitor battery, motor and sensor status live in the app; intervene before problems arise.
A solar panel cleaning robot is an autonomous machine that removes dust, pollen and bird droppings from PV panel surfaces using soft brushes controlled by a remote. The Doka FK series uses a 2.4 GHz 100-meter remote, imported Nylon 6.6 brushes and optional water spray. A single operator can clean up to 1800 m² per hour.
Pricing depends on brush span (1000 mm / 600 mm), semi-automatic mode, edge-detection sensors and warranty coverage. We want to provide a tailored quote based on your panel count and site geography — fill out our demo form and our field engineer will respond the same day. See our 2026 pricing guide for a detailed analysis.
Depends on geography: every 15 days in desert and industrial zones, monthly in rural areas, every 2-3 months in coastal regions. Rule of thumb: after a 30-day rain-free period, yield loss reaches 15-18%; cleaning is essential before this point. See our cleaning frequency guide.
No. Doka FK series robots use imported Nylon 6.6 soft brushes; they do not damage the panel's anti-reflective coating. The robot's weight (26 kg) distributed across panels applies less pressure than manual cleaning. Quality and safety certifications are in place.
Pure or osmosis water is the safest method. Tap water contains lime that can leave marks. Detergent or chemicals damage the anti-reflective coating — do not use. Doka robots run in dry, wet and hybrid modes with 6-30 L/min adjustable flow.
Dust, pollen and bird droppings block sunlight from reaching the PV cells. In 30 days, output can drop 15-25%. Acidic bird droppings and industrial residue permanently erode the surface; panel life shortens. Regular robotic cleaning protects both production and panel warranty.
FK-1000-V3 is designed for utility-scale PV: 1000 mm brush, 1800 m²/h speed, semi-automatic mode and edge-detection sensors. FK-600-V2 is a compact option for rooftop PV and mid-scale: 600 mm brush, 1080 m²/h, lighter weight. Both use the same battery, motor and remote-control platform.
Yes. FK-600-V2's compact form (18.5 kg, 830 mm length) allows one person to carry it onto a rooftop. Modular design enables fast setup; the 17° climbing angle suits tilted rooftop PV applications.
Our field engineer responds the same day, recommends the right FK-series model for your panel count, panel tilt and geography, and provides an ROI projection.
